Yes. Our formulations are gentle, botanical, and unscented, and topical magnesium is considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For children, use sparingly and patch test first — the lotion is gentlest for young skin. As with any new product, check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
Most people feel it working within 15–20 minutes. A tingling or warming sensation is common at first, especially if your magnesium levels are low — that's normal and fades as absorption improves. Start with a smaller amount and increase as you go.
Spray is 100% magnesium brine — fast, targeted, and great for on-the-go relief. Cream is our richest option, with beeswax and butters for deep overnight moisturizing. Lotion sits in between: lighter, quick-absorbing, and best for daily full-body use. All three deliver magnesium — the difference is texture and how you like to apply it.
Apply to clean, dry skin, then massage in until absorbed. Sprays: shake well and apply 4–10 sprays to the area. Creams and lotions: scoop or pump a small amount and work it in. Great morning or night — many people use it once or twice daily.
